In this session, you will learn about the seven levels of Energy Leadership™, the benefits and challenges of each and how to recognize and mitigate stress triggers. Understanding these levels will help you hone your leadership inﬂuence, maximize relationships, communicate more effectively, get more done with less effort and focus on what really matters.

Erin Slater is a former nonprofit CEO turned Executive Coach with Intentional Coaching + Consulting. Her leadership experience hails from fifteen years as a nonprofit leader, including six years as CEO.
