The Energy Leadership Model™

Enhancing Leadership and Interpersonal Relationships

Being an effective leader requires you to be engaging and flexible, yet also powerful enough to motivate and inspire others. This, coupled with the complexities of your environment, role and interpersonal dynamics, does not make it easy to execute your priorities and get what you want out of situations. In this session, you will learn about the seven levels of Energy Leadership™, the benefits and challenges of each and how to recognize and mitigate stress triggers. Understanding these levels will help you hone your leadership influence, maximize relationships, communicate more effectively, get more done with less effort and focus on what really matters.
